1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Postevo Chrome Extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Postevo is a Chrome Extension designed to help users format and improve LinkedIn posts using artificial intelligence.

  • Postevo is a Chrome Extension for LinkedIn post formatting
  • The Service is available in Free and Premium subscription tiers
  • AI processing is powered by the Groq API, routed securely via Cloudflare Workers

3. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: Includes limited daily AI formatting uses and access to core features as described on our pricing page. Available to all users at no cost.

Premium Plan: Available at $6 per month. Includes unlimited AI formatting, access to all templates, and all advanced features. Payments are processed by Polar.sh.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Payments for Premium are processed by Polar.sh, who acts as the Merchant of Record
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Polar.sh customer portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Intellectual Property

Postevo and all related content, branding, and code are owned by Ozan Belkeci. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

You retain full ownership of any content you create or submit while using the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use automated tools or scripts to scrape or abuse the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Service. AI-generated content may not always be accurate — always review output before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ozan Belkeci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to Premium subscribers via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
